Advisory
Board-ready thinking on AI, risk and governance.
Advisory packages senior governance and AI expertise into work your board can use. We produce AI strategy and governance roadmaps for boards and executives, research and analytics including sector studies, and the executive decks and board papers that turn analysis into decisions. The advice is grounded in the ISO 42001 standard and active tracking of the rules that affect organisations, so what your board hears reflects where AI governance is actually heading.
What we do
AI strategy and governance roadmaps
A clear plan for where AI creates value, where it creates risk, and the governance that keeps the board comfortable, mapped to ISO 42001 and Kenyan rules.
Research and analytics
Sector studies and analysis that answer the specific question in front of your board, grounded in evidence rather than opinion.
Executive decks and board papers
The decks and papers that turn analysis into a decision your board can actually take, written for the room they go into.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
What does an AI governance roadmap actually include?
It starts with an honest picture of where AI is used in your organisation and the risks that come with it. From there it sets the policies, roles and decision rights you need, maps them to ISO 42001 (the management-system standard for AI) and Kenyan rules, and lays out the practical steps and order to get there. The output is a plan your board can approve and track.
Who is this for?
Boards, chief executives, and the strategy and risk leaders who advise them. If your organisation is adopting AI faster than it can govern it, or your board is being asked questions it cannot yet answer, this is for you.
How do you stay current on AI regulation?
We track the rules that affect Kenyan organisations directly: the National AI Strategy and the advancing AI Bill, the Kenya Data Protection Act and the ODPC, and global frameworks such as the EU AI Act that shape what customers and partners expect. Our advice reflects where the rules are heading, not just where they are today.
Can you present directly to our board?
Yes. We regularly prepare and present board papers and briefings, and can join the meeting to take questions. The aim is to leave your directors confident they understand the AI risk and the plan to manage it.
